1. About NINJA 9
NINJA 9 is a Malaysian community-powered navigation platform being developed to provide route guidance and, where available, road-condition information. Developed by Malaysians, for Malaysians.
2. Using the service
Use NINJA 9 responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Features may change as the platform develops.
3. Road safety and navigation
Routes, estimated arrival times, traffic information and alerts may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Always follow road signs, traffic laws, real-world conditions and lawful instructions from authorities. Do not interact with the app while driving if doing so could distract you.
4. Community contributions
If community reporting is available, submit accurate information in good faith and only when safe. Do not post false reports, private information, harassment, unlawful material or content you do not have permission to share. Reports may be reviewed, corrected, removed or expired.
5. Free service
NINJA 9 aims to provide free core community navigation. Features may be changed or discontinued. Any future paid offering will be identified with its terms and price before purchase.
6. Privacy and location
Some functions may require location permission. Please read the separate Privacy Policy for details about personal-data practices. You can manage location permissions through your device settings.
7. Maps and intellectual property
The NINJA 9 name, logo and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Map data, open-source software and third-party services remain subject to their respective licences, attribution requirements and terms.
8. Availability
We aim to provide reliable services, but availability is not guaranteed. Outages, maintenance, poor connectivity or third-party failures may interrupt navigation. Keep alternative navigation options available when needed.
9. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, NINJA 9 does not guarantee that navigation or community information is accurate or uninterrupted. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Revised terms will be posted with a new update date, and material changes will be communicated where required.
11. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by Malaysian law, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
