App or navigation issue

Tell us the app version and build number shown in Settings, device model/OS version, and what happened. Include the exact error message if there is one. A general road or area can help investigate a map issue; share only the information you are comfortable sending. Do not send a continuous trip history, passwords or authentication tokens.

Use the app only when safe. Directions, estimates and community reports may be incomplete or incorrect. Follow actual road signs and conditions. NINJA 9 is not an emergency service.

Delete your NINJA 9 account

1. Open Settings → Account in the app.
2. While safely stopped, choose Delete Account.
3. Review the deletion confirmation and complete the requested identity verification.

Apple accounts require fresh Apple reauthentication; Google accounts require fresh Google reauthentication. Existing password accounts use their password. Account deletion removes the active account and associated application data. Apple-token revocation is handled by the service after deletion. If you cannot sign in or complete deletion, email us for account-deletion help. We may need to verify ownership. Never email your password, sign-in token or Apple/Google identity credentials.

Delete reports made as a guest

In the app, open Settings → Privacy → Delete guest reports and confirm. This deletes reports, votes and the guest identity associated with the current installation. Guest authentication from that installation authorizes the request; you do not need a registered-account password.

The app resets its local guest identifier and token only after the service confirms deletion. Registered-account reports and the registered account use the separate Settings → Account → Delete Account flow. If you cannot complete the guest-data request, email support without sending authentication tokens.

Report inappropriate or abusive community content

In an incident's details, use the abuse-report action to open an email addressed to team@ninja9.my. The prepared email includes the incident identifier, without automatically including your GPS or trip coordinates; you choose whether to send it. You may also email the identifier and a description of your concern directly. Do not share someone else's private information. The operator reviews community concerns and can moderate reports under the service rules. Do not use the app to submit false reports, harassment or private personal information.

You can also hide reports from a contributor on your device. This stores a local opaque contributor reference to filter their reports; it does not expose a public account profile. Community reports are advisory. A confirmation/dismissal about road conditions is different from notifying support about abuse.

Location, parking and privacy

Manage location permission in your device settings. You can browse and plan from a chosen starting point without an account. Active guidance needs a usable current position. Ending or manually pausing navigation stops its background-navigation activity.

Parking is one device-local saved point; use Clear parking spot to remove it. Local recent destinations and diagnostic counters can be cleared through the app. Read the Privacy Policy for account, incident-location, retention and deletion information, or email a privacy request.

Current feature scope

The app provides map/search, route preview, step-by-step guidance, saved places, local parking and supported community reporting. The interface supports English, Bahasa Melayu, Simplified Chinese and Tamil; complete route text may remain English, and spoken prompts require an available installed voice.

Live traffic prediction, automatic traffic-avoidance routing, verified lane-level guidance, toll fares, speed-camera alerts, offline navigation, MyDigital ID and approved CarPlay distribution are not active features of the current release. We will identify future additions when they are available.
